Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at dancing24gardens@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Please note:

Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dancing24gardens@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’re happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
